In the event of malfunctions, end users must adhere to all Indacguidelines. The parking system won’t have any issues, but in the unlikely event that it does, a comprehensive service hotline number is provided. To resolve any issue, all you have to do is give them a call.

No, using the platform to wash an automobile is forbidden. A collection of structural, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components make up a multilevel parking system. Water contact could harm these components. There’s also a good chance that water will seep into tiny spaces and cause corrosion to start. This will significantly affect the system’s functionality and safety.

It is not possible to park a two-wheeler. A parking system for two wheels is designed differently. This is a multi-level parking system designed only for vehicles with four wheels.

Once the car is parked on the parking system, it is best to exit the vehicle right away. All vehicles in the Equivalent to Ground (EG) position are visible while using the parking system.

Please abide by the instructions shown on the board next to the parking system. The Indacteam also holds demonstrations of dos and don’ts when using the parking system.

The facility for manual car rescue is solely accessible to Indacservice staff. It is advised to speak with IndacService.

The turnaround time for the Indac team is 2 hours*, although it varies based on the type of failure.The response time for a remote site, outside of business hours, is between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the type of problem.

Small repairs can be completed in one to four hours or one day, depending on the nature of the work. It can take longer than a day to complete significant repairs.

Every machine must be kept safe, which is why we at Indac Multiparking demand that the parking systems be inspected and maintained on a regular basis. We require a minimum of two checks every year. A checkpoint list pertaining to safety is carried by our technical staff. These areas receive extra attention at each visit for preventive maintenance.
