Ground level parking as well as one level above is accommodated by the SP-21.

The SP-21’s entrance is located on the ground floor. This arrangement offers grid-shaped parking spots for cars on two levels and side by side. The parking spots are transferred to the desired location by being moved both vertically and horizontally. There are two layers in this puzzle parking system: one below ground and one above ground. Pits are not necessary. With this technology, up to 2–10 grids and 3–19 cars can operate.
